Nicole’s approach just makes sense and the results I’ve seen in my two girls are miraculous... At every single meal, I am grateful for the tools and strategies Nicole has taught me and for the lifetime of food freedom it gives my girls!

Honestly, this program has been so wonderful and worth every penny (even with the USD to CAN currency conversion)!
Before finding Nicole I had tried figuring it out on my own but I was missing parts, huge parts. We were feeling stuck and knew we needed to change things but had no clue where to start. Now, I feel so much more confident and I just want more people to know about this!

I had done it all - Read several Ellyn Satter books, followed feeding experts online, read and watched tons of free advice, bought and worked through the whole Feeding Littles course. I had spent several sessions with a parenting coach talking about our feeding challenges…
After working with Nicole in the group coaching calls, the doubts started to recede, and I felt much more confident in how I was handling all the real-life scenarios I was so unsure about before. The live coaching calls alone are worth way more than this course costs.

Must DO's, Family Systems, & Mealtime Tools
There are few things I say are required, but right from the start we’ll establish the foundational MUST DO’s.
If these elements aren't in place, nothing else will ‘work’.
But don’t worry, I’m not giving you a rigid schedule or meal plan you need to follow.
This is all about HOW you feed your child, and doing it in a way that works for your family!

First of all I wanted to say THANK YOU - your programme has been SO beneficial for me and my family. It has made so much difference in my relationship with my daughter, but also with my relationship to food, health and my body in general. I am so glad I found you and truly grateful.

rather than dreading what to make or stressing at the dinner table about what and how much your child is eating... or not eating.
instead of warding off constant snack requests or feeling like you're in the kitchen all day, you'll create a sustainable routine that works for your family.
You'll establish guidelines that encourage eating a variety of foods while giving your child autonomy and fostering their independence.
so you can trust they're listening to their body cues and getting the nutrients they need to grow and thrive, without pressure or bribes.
and their body - for a lifetime!!

I've learned to trust my son and myself more and I'm now confident in my decisions when it comes to feeding him. I'm so much better at setting and maintaining boundaries :-) I feel totally empowered by all the information I have now and better equipped to handle all the bumps in the road. Thank you Nicole. XX

Nourish Together is designed to be a 8 week program that takes approximately 15-20 minutes a week. In 8 weeks you'll have established a clear structure around food, know what language to use (and not to use), how to set up meals and snacks, and how to handle sticky or confusing food situations.
Most parents find they've made a lot of solid changes and have more clarity and direction around 8 weeks. However, many parents find that around 3-4 months is when they feel like they have true momentum and have established new patterns and habits.
Also, to get through the material more easily, there's also an easy to use FREE app so you can listen to trainings on the go or while you're doing dishes or putting laundry away, or so you can download the resources right to your phone!
Lastly, you're already feeding your family. This doesn't take EXTRA time. It just makes the time you're already spending more efficient, so you can be proactive instead of reactive.
This program builds on the principles of the Division of Responsibility and Intuitive Eating, but what sets Nourish Together apart is that it helps you actually put these ideas into practice. I’ve worked with hundreds of families over the past 15 years who, even after reading all the books, still felt like something was missing or that the approach didn’t work for them.
In Nourish Together, you’ll get personalized, practical tools to apply these principles in a way that will work for your family's unique needs—so instead of trying to fit your family into a one-size-fits-all approach, you’ll learn how to adapt these strategies to fit your family.
Nourish Together is designed with kids 2-12 years old in mind. It's designed to progress with those ages and meet kids at different stages. However, we have had parents of 1 year-olds, and it's a great place to start because many of the concepts are still applicable and it will help you be prepared for the next stages. At the same time, many families have children that are around 10 or 11 and teenagers, and the overarching information is still valid, just applied in a slightly different way.
No, Nourish Together is specifically for parents and caregivers. Children are never on the calls, in the community, or expected to engage with the materials. There are a few reasons for this:
1. Our children pick up on our energy. When we make changes, they naturally follow.
2. We don’t want to put extra focus on food or nutrition, or make children feel like something is wrong with them or their eating.
3. You may choose to share certain things with your child to help them understand the changes you’re making, or to involve them more with food in a positive way—but the goal isn’t to burden them with information or pressure to change.
If at some point it feels like your child needs more personal support, we can discuss if it's appropriate to schedule a separate 1:1 call.
Yes! This program is designed to encourage your child to try new foods in a pressure-free environment.
Many parents see changes in the first few weeks. However, some kids need more time and in-depth strategies, which we also cover.
If your child has underlying medical issues, they may need supplemental support as well. I'm always happy to chat with you before joining, to decide if Nourish Together is a fit for your family!
No. I do not promote intentional weight loss for children. (Not for adults either, but that’s another topic.)
What I can say though, is that if your child is eating more than they need, there’s a reason. Nourish Together will give you the tools and strategies to help your child self-regulate. Parents who join Nourish Together, consistently share that their child who was ‘overeating’ starts to seem less preoccupied with food and they notice they’re leaving food on their plate, not asking for seconds, and just better regulating overall.
The goal is to help your child attune to their body cues, eat the amount they need, and grow into the body that's right for them!
Yes! Nourish Together is designed to support parents facing a range of challenges, whether you're concerned about overeating, undereating, or both. It's also great if you want to establish a strong foundation to help your child build a healthy relationship with food and prevent potential issues down the road.
There are core elements that every family can benefit from. Once those are in place, you’ll be able to dive into specific strategies tailored to your unique challenges. Nothing is in conflict—you may just need different tools for each child.
Many families have children with different needs, such as one who doesn’t eat enough and another who seems to overeat—and Nourish Together covers it all!
Definitely not! I’m not here to create anything that even resembles a rigid (diet) program. As you go through the material, you’ll be given different questions, examples, and scenarios to help you design what I call, Your Personal Family Feeding Blueprint.
Nourish Together is designed to meet your family’s needs and values. We all have different schedules, personalities, and needs. However, the resource library does offer meal and snack ideas, sample schedules, meal plans, and meal planning tools. These are all accessible to you if they’ll be helpful but they’re not required.
Nope! In fact, there are times I tell our members not to do family meals right now. They’re creating too much stress and that’s not where we want to focus our energy. There are some elements that I consider MUST DO’s. We get to those right away! Family meals are just one tool you might implement, but they’re not required.
Absolutely! You can send an email directly to me at: hello@nicolecruzrd.com
I want you to have clarity that you're making the best decision for you and your family before you say, "Yes - I'm in!"

I’m a mom to three kids myself, and I know what it feels like want the best for your child - for them to be happy and healthy and feel good in their body!
But I also know how overwhelming it can be with all the nutrition advice and parenting tips out there. It’s tough to sift through everything, decide what fits, and then actually make it work for your family.
That’s what I’m here for – to share years of hands on experience combined with research-backed methods in an easily digestible way (no pun intended 🙂) – that you can start applying immediately.
YOU deserve to experience more joy and less stress when feeding your family!
And your child deserves a healthy and joyful relationship with food.
