I created this workshop because I’m a Registered Dietitian and a parent like you. I want to enjoy mealtimes and feel confident that what I’m doing when feeding my kids is helping to nourish healthy and competent eaters. I don’t want to feel stressed about who’s eating what or if my kids are getting the nutrition they need. I want to focus on spending time with my family and fostering joy with food. And I want the same for you too!
